If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Due to the low cost of our products and shipping expenses, customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all approved returns.
Products must be returned in new, unused condition to be eligible for a refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at sales@receptxtenders.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Contractor packs, variety packs, bulk orders, and opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
